SERVICES INCLUDED IN SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION FEES
Everyone who wishes to attend scientific meetings as a listener or as a company representative must register.
The registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, the scientific program, a certificate of participation, a badge, lunches, and coffee breaks during the meetings.
To confirm your registration, after completing the online registration form, you must send the bank receipt confirming the payment or the fully completed mail order form to Dalya Turizm Sempozyum Hizmetleri by fax or email. Applications made with only the registration form or bank receipt will not be confirmed and will be placed on a waiting list.
A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
ACCOMMODATION

Single Room: €210 + VAT per night Room with breakfast (Room price is an estimate and will be updated in January 2026)

The accommodation hotel is 1 minute away from the symposium center.
We strongly remind our participants who will be staying overnight to contact Dalya Turizm in advance.
Our room numbers are limited.
Accommodation prices may vary depending on the exchange rate and inflation.
10% VAT and 0.2% Accommodation Tax will be added to the prices.
TRANSFER FEES

Izmir Airport – City Transfer Fee: 3,500 TL + 20% VAT.

We would like to remind our sponsors who wish to use the transfer service that they must provide us with all flight details and contact numbers of the person to be transferred.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
To finalize your symposium sponsorship, booth participation, satellite symposium, registration & accommodation, and transfer requests, please submit your requests in writing to Dalya Tourism Symposium & Event Services via fax, mail, or email.
Once the confirmation email is received and payment is completed, the requested services or sponsorships will be finalized and become valid.
